Minnesota lawmaker shootings suspect to make first court appearance
The man accused of fatally shooting Democratic House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark, and wounding state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife Yvette, is expected to make his first court appearance Monday afternoon.
