At 610 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 13 miles north of Eckley to 6 miles northeast of Otis. Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Yuma County, including the following locations... Clarkville.
