At 330 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 17 miles northeast of Walsenburg, or 33 miles south of Pueblo, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Huerfano, north central Las Animas and south central Pueblo Counties.
