A Red Flag Warning has also been issued from noon to 8 PM MDT Tuesday. * AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 295 Southwest Colorado Upper East Forecast Area below 8500 feet. * TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, from 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM MDT this evening. For the second Red Flag Warning, from noon to 8 PM MDT Tuesday. * WINDS...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...6 to 11 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
