* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Colorado, including the following county, central Washington. * WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 658 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had ended. However, minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Brunker Creek, Buck Creek and Surveyor Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Elba.
