* At 107 PM MDT, an area of dust was situated over the northeast
portion of the San Luis Valley, central Sangre de Cristo
Mountains, and portions of the Wet Mountain Valley.
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
of 50 mph.
